A FEW IMPORTANT BOROUGH ORDINANCES:

• Relocate vehicles off-street prior to or during significant snow accumulations so the streets can be properly plowed
• Sidewalks must be cleared within 24 hours of any snow accumulation
• No open burning to include “burn barrels” or other trash burning fixtures—
  Note: Raked leaves are collected by borough workers in the fall
• No discharge of firearms to include pellet guns, cross bows, or bow & arrows
• Dogs must be controlled on a leash or within an enclosed fence when outside
• All vehicles parked on Borough streets must have a current inspection sticker and
  registration or they will be tagged and then towed away if not removed in a timely
  manner
• Residents are required to keep the areas from their fence/garage/shed, etc. free of high grass, weeds, overgrown shrubbery, and debris. The same maintenance applies to the sidewalk surrounding your property
